2006 Cat Photo Contest Winners!
In honor of Adopt-a-Shelter-Cat Month, this June we put out a call for the most awesome photos of…who else?...the irresistible, inimitable feline. We were overwhelmed when thousands of entries came rolling in from all across the country—and although our judges had a hard time selecting the best of the best, we are proud to announce the winners here.

those cats are absolutely adorable!
I wish I had a picture of when my Nermal (aka Beng-Beng) went literally rolling down the staircase with her little catnip mousie
I was flabbergasted over the "Bookend Brothers" (my name for them, not theirs). I pray all guests, family, and friends are forewarned that silliness abounds!! :)

I use to be a professional pet photographer and cats were very hard to photograph. Not because they weren't wonderful to look at, but catching that pose was truely an act of supreme patience. well done to all the entries they look great.
