Miley Cyrus Kicks Off Event to Raise $$ for the ASPCA!
Central Park, New York City: Teen sensation Miley Cyrus joined hometown hero ASPCA Officer Annemarie Lucas and ASPCA spokesdog DaVinci on Friday to launch Bolt Across America—a coast-to-coast fundraising event to promote the Disney film Bolt, which stars Cyrus. Bolt Across America centers around four Bolt fans who will roll from city to city in a giant hamster ball attempting amazing feats and raising money for the ASPCA!

Miley is a great role model. Spread the word to spay and neuter, and just stop breeding.

I think it's a great idea. I wish I could do the same to rasie money for the ASPCA. I have mild Cerebral Palsy and just lost the sight in my left eye on December 18,2007 from a work injury or I would volunteer to do this. Miley and Annmarie great job. I do bet however if you put a human and a hampster in a short race in hamster balls the right size for each the hampster would win. God designed them to run in a ball not us. Shayna Dickinson
Hey Miley, since you are being a role model in the spread the word to spay and neuter, why can't you put your interest in educating children in the schools like a sex education course. Start education before the battle begins. Educate the young, set the seed, ensure the education is there and not depend on a disfunctional parent to educate. Help open the childrens eyes to see what is out there. I only wish my voice will be heard.
Wow, maybe she is a good person, after all the rumors this makes me happy. Especially since she is a fellow ASPCA supporter, like me, and all of you.

I think it is great that a young talent is doing something positive specially for animals. People who breed dogs and sell to make a living should get a real job ! Puppy Mills should disappear ! and people who hurt animals should be in jail for life!
We all should be grateful for people like her who take the time out 2 do something!
