hi this is not a comment but iam asking for advice
about a week ago i went to visit my daughter booked the flight for a week but came home three days after.
the reason? and iam going to try to make this short
this guy that goes to the doggie park with about twenty of us was dog sitting for my two pomeranians, i watched his dog in many occasions and so for another lady there this one was for nine days, since iam a very loving and caring person i am interely with caring for the dogs till they go home.
any ways because he owned me he said he be happy to watch my dogs, i told him about one of my dog is not completelly potty trained, he is a boy, the girl is good she will wait till you put her out, he knew up front how it was and he still agreed to watch my dogs, i was a bit unsure about having him watch them, but because i worry all the time i felt it was ok and it was all in my head.
any ways after four pages of dos and donts gave food pee pee pads toys bones for the other dog, any ways the only thing he had to do was taking care of the dogs.
iam thinking if my dog peed on the floor it was because he left for a long time and when he got home got all upset at him, this guy is six two my dog is a tiny little pom.
i happen to remember when he talked about his tiny dog how upset he was with her and spanked her and threw her out, and he said "she knows better" wow!! so iam assumed this was the prelude of what he done to one of my baby!
according to him he took the dogs swimming (was told not too) and what he said he did was he dried both the dog his and one of the other dog of mine, left pumkin alone outside, but does not make any sense how my dog ended up in emmergency room almost dead, he said he did not see my dog coming and slammed the sliding door on him, none of us bulieves this, meaning all the people at the doggie park that heard of it, iam very upset and hurt and depressed about it, evidently (neourologist said that the dog ran into a glass door with force and caused the vetabrea disclocating and he was badly bruise on the neck and spine, so it caused him to be paralyzed he cant move either front and back pows, i have to spoon feed him and put diapers on and move him every two hours so he does not get sores) he said it was not his fault and he does not feel responsible, he wants to be re umbursed for the money he paid to take my dog at the vet, did no call me when it happen and i had to call him to find out why he did not email me or answer the phone when i called, i was worried already because of it but when they finally called and told me they had bad news about pumkin but dont worry he is ok, ok??? been parlyzed and kept alive with meds? i got a flight back home and did not get to see my dog till three days after i got home, i feel he needs to understand that he was negligent and did not live up to him take care of my dogs, i want to know if i have a good reason to report him and take him to small court for what he has caused, any ways sorry for such a lenghty comment, but iam still in shock devasted depressed tired for lack of sleep, i feel i want to see him finally admit the truth and let him know what he did was very inresponsible and he should feel what my dog feels!
thanks
any comments will be greatly appreciate

I don't have a comment so much as a question.Hope that's okay but I don't know what else to do.I am a dog walker in Mi.there is a couple that let's there dog just wonder the streets.I have gone to animal control but unless they see the dog off the property there isn't much they can do or so that's what they tell me.It is also in a well to ndo neighborhood and animal control doesn't go down to that part of town.So is there any way to make them take care of there dog properly or are they rich and off the hook as they like to tell me?

HELP! I live in an area where there is little or no compassion for animals. We would give anything to have a chapter or represenative from ASPCA and don't know how to go about it. We have lots of breeders, Pit Bull trainers and fighters, and just general neglect of animals. We desperately need an advocate for animals. Many people have tried to incorporate and support "spay and nueter" , and to some degree there has been some success. We need more laws in place and direction as to how to start that process and enforce it. Please, please help us and all the animals who live in these horrible conditions.
Thank You,
Boogie
