I would love some advise on this problem, I was trying to adopt a puppy from out of state and sent the money through paypal, then the delivery company callPets_transport@california.usa.com said they tried to deliver her but I know they didn't I was home all day for the past two days and even sent them money for insurance that was to be paid back upon delivery. But what makes me sick is they said they will kill her (the puppy KiKi) if they didn't recieve another $250. I know I have been scammed but if this company really exist they need to be fined or punished for killing an innocent puppy. I don't have themoney to send them, but I'm not that stupid really.
