Fifth Annual ASPCA Adoption & Animal Welfare Day
Monday, August 25
Adoption Event: 11 A.M. – 3 P.M., Kids/Exhibition Area
Equine Welfare Event: 12 P.M. – 2 P.M., Aspinall Ring

Hoping to adopt a rescued cat or dog? Look no further. From 11 to 3, several local animal shelters will be on site with pets looking for forever homes. And from 12 to 2, you won’t want to miss the live, interactive horse welfare show hosted by NBC’s Animal Advocate Jill Rappaport and Top International Rider Georgina Bloomberg, featuring leading horse rescue groups with their equine ambassadors, tours of the HEART Horse Ambulance and more! Come meet formerly wild mustangs from out west and adoptable, rescued horses while you learn about horse welfare issues from the experts. This event is open to the public. Admission and parking are free.

Learn about critical horse welfare issues from ASPCA equine experts—and find out how you can make a difference. This is an important event to attend if you care about horses! The event is ringside in the ASPCA chalet and refreshments will be provided—and feel free to stick around to watch the Grand Prix Qualifier competition directly following the event. This event is open to the public, but space is limited. RSVP today to reserve your spot. Admission and parking are free with the ASPCA invitation.
