Name:
Banksy

Brown
Breed:
Chinese Shar-Pei/Chihuahua
Gender:
Male
Age:
10 months

Big fan of: Cozying up to his people; forming a very strong bond with his family; being stroked and cuddled; and following his people around.

Not a fan of: New people and new places/things! Banksy is a little uncomfortable around strangers, and he may bark and growl at them. When you come meet Banksy in the shelter, he may react this way at first, but give him a little time and you’ll see just how sweet he is—and just how attached he can get to his special person. (We’ll also show you how to work on stranger-danger issues with this very loving guy.)

Special features: Banksy would be a great addition to a family that already includes a confident dog who can show him the ropes.

Other reasons he’s special: Poor Banksy came to us with demodex, but now the condition is all cleared up and he’s ready to be your new best friend! We just need to send you home with a little bit more medication to make sure he stays healthy.

Dream home: Banksy would like a home where his special person or people are not away too much of the day. He’d like to be your constant companion. A quiet, adults-only home is best for Banksy. Someone that lives in a quiet area would be ideal, too.
