Last October, in honor of Adopt-a-Shelter-Dog Month (that’s when we tell everyone how AMAZING dogs from shelters are!), we asked pooch parents to send us the best photos they’ve ever taken of their pets. We got thousands of entries from all over the United States! Our judges had a really ruff time choosing the winners—so we just had to show you the top dogs.
P.S. If you’re thinking of taking a picture of your pet, here are a few tips: 1.) Use your pet’s favorite treats to lure her to a good location for taking photos. 2) A good location is one that’s not too bright and not too dark. 3.) As soon as your pet has eaten the treats, snap the shot!
