Aunt Hobo & Uncle Roscoe
Hello everyone. We would like to tell you a story of our Aunt Hobo and Uncle Roscoe.
Aunt Hobo, a dalmatian mix, was a very special buddy to our momma. Hobo came to live with her while she was in college. Hobo was a neighbor hood stray that took an interest in our momma. Momma begged our pawpaw to let Hobo stay, and after weeks of hotdogs and doggie food, momma was able to finally pet Hobo. Pawpaw named her because she was a hobo essentially. Hobo lived with our momma and pawpaw for almost 6 years until she passed. Every day she brought joy into our momma and pawpaw's life, she even brought 7 puppies into the world!
Neither of us meet Uncle Roscoe, but momma says he was amazing. Momma and daddy went to see daddy's dad and mom one day, and Uncle Roscoe, a black lab mix, had been hanging out at their house for a few days. Momma fed the rest of her supper to him on the front porch and looked into those sad brown eyes, she was hooked. Our papa said he was gonna find him a new home. Momma begged daddy when they got home to let her bring him home. After a week, daddy surprised momma with Uncle Roscoe! Momma was so happy. Uncle Roscoe was very smart and learned tricks very fast! Daddy even took him out on the golf course and he would run and run and then want to ride in the cart. Unfortunately Uncle Roscoe only lived with momma and daddy about 8 months until he passed. He eat something he shouldn't have (typical lab).
So please, help our doggie and kitty buddies out, open your heart, and give them a little something.
