My four legged companion,Velcro, is my CONSTANT, companion and she is a shelter dog! I rescued her from the south central shelter when she was 4 months old. I went down to the shelter on that tuesday to look at this little cattle dog who was to be put down at the end of the day! Yes, she was scheduled to be euthanized that day-and I saved her!I just couldn't leave this little dog with huge bat ears in a small kennel in isolation!!! So I adopted her on the spot! I truly believe she knows this! She is the MOST AMAZING dog, friend, companion I could have! And in turn she was there for me during a difficult time in my life! Velcro has been there for me and she is truly a Womans Best friend!Everyone needs their own Velcro!

Cowboy and Chianti Tue, Jan 27, 2009 from phoenix,AZ. We are the two red cattle dogs that our mom and dad rescued from different situations and at different times. I am Chianti the 5 year old female, who loves my daddy and licks his face when he comes home from work..... and I am Cowboy the 3 year old male who moved into Chianti's space and won her heart and both my mom and dad's as well.... we both have unique medical problems but we are loved and are doing AWESOME...well we gotta go play now tell VELCRO we said hello!!!!!!
